ACCOMMODATIONS & MEALS
- Westerbeke Ranch offers beautiful rustic cabins which feature bedrooms with shared doubles, triples, and quad rooms. They do not have single accommodations.
- In September, the Ranch even offers a beautiful nature “glamping” tent option. If you’re interested in this, let us know as the date approaches!
- We are excited that this will create the most fun and memorable adult summer-camp experience, with ample opportunities for cultivating deep friendships.

IS THIS RETREAT OPEN TO CHILDREN?
This retreat is limited to participants who are 18+ only. We LOVE kids, but the program itself is designed for adults. If you would like to bring your children to enjoy beautiful Sonoma County, we welcome you to rent a private vacation house nearby, and bring your whole family (and babysitters). During the day, come to the ranch and join us for the scheduled workshop activities of the day, and then return home to your children and family at the end of each day. The main activities of the day are from 9am-7pm, with ample breaks in between for you to return to your private house between sessions.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL NEEDS?
Please note that this retreat site is not 100% wheelchair accessible. Many areas have steps or stairs. If you have any other special needs questions, please email us so we can do our best to accommodate. Email us at [email protected].
Refund Policy
Due to the popularity and space limitations of this retreat, your initial $600 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Please check with your inner guidance to make sure you are confident you will be able to attend. You may cancel before August 1st 2018 (45 days prior to retreat), and receive a full refund MINUS the $600 deposit. After August 1st, there is a strict no refund policy. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend up until 15 days before the retreat. Thank you for being a part of this powerful and intimate retreat experience!
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance that would reimburse you in full for the trip if you are unable to attend for any reason. In the extremely unlikely event (such as natural disaster or medical emergency) that the retreat is cancelled, you will receive a full refund of your tuition. However we cannot refund travel expenses.

TRAVEL LOGISTICS (ARRIVAL, DEPARTURE)
Westerbeke Ranch is conveniently located just 1hr 10mins north of San Francisco, at 2300 Grove St, Sonoma, CA 95476. GPS will bring you there smoothly and easily.
For those who are within driving distance to/from Sonoma County, the retreat site has ample overnight parking. So we recommend driving directly. Of course we always encourage carpooling. As the date approaches, we’ll be sending group emails to participants to help connect you with others who are traveling in from your same area.
For those flying in from out-of-town, we recommend arriving SFO no later than 1pm on Sunday Sept 16, so that you may have a leisurely journey from SFO to Sonoma County. You may rent a car and drive yourself, or if you would like to take the Airport Express bus, which transfers you from SFO to “Petaluma Fairgrounds Airport Express stop” once an hour. (The bus is slower, so the drive would be 1.5 hrs, instead of 1 hr if you drive your own car.) We recommend that you take a Lyft/Uber/Taxi from the Airport Express stop to Westerbeke Ranch.
As the date approaches, we’ll connect all participants via a private Facebook group so that you can arrange carpooling with one another.
